Our model combines three standard CRE pricing structures: per property, per tenant, and per square foot. We evaluate all three, average them into an annual flat rate that is locked in for the contract term. Any future increases are capped at an agreed-upon percentage tied directly to portfolio growth, giving owners transparency, predictability, and confidence as they scale.
