Technical Integration and Onboarding

Yes! Onboarding starts with integrating CommercializeIQ with your existing platforms like Yardi, AppFolio, and MRI, gathering historical data, reports, and key financial metrics. We implement lease data, financials, and asset KPIs from your existing systems to ensure seamless integration. Once configured, we complete integrations, conduct testing, and launch the platform before moving into the training phase.

Yes, our onboarding process is a three phased approach: Integration, Configuration, and Go-Live.
